退货政策
Agorav会对每一个出库的商品进行严格的挑选及包装,确保商品质量。
为保障您的权益,请您在收到商品时与配送员当面核对商品的名称、数量、价格等信息无误,商品包装完好、商品没有破损等表面质量问题。
自客户签收商品算起的48小时内,商品在未经拆封和食用的情况下,如您对我们的商品不满意,我们将提供退换货的服务。

在申请退货的同时,请您上传退换货商品的整体照片,并填写完整退货原因
(以便于客服人员及时处理您的问题)
当您提交了退换货申请后,请保持手机通畅,以便于我们手机或短信通知您处理结果。
通常情况下,我们的退款原付款形式在3-5个工作日返还到您的账户。

如果商品质量有问题,产品可以收到全额退款。产品质量问题指您收到的商品出现过期、发霉、破损变形、错发、漏发和产品召回等导致无法正常使用或者食用等。

如果商品退货是因为个人原因,错过配送,提货。商品无法收到全额退款

Refund

  • If an order is cancelled before picking process, we will issue a full refund of the entire order. The refund will be returned to your original payment method within 7 working days.
  • If an order is cancelled during its shipping process, we will charge $20? Picking fee and refunded the rest.
  • If an order is cancelled after first delivery attempted and goods are not received due to personal reason, we will charge $30? And refund the rest.

 

  • Discounts and coupons will not be refunded. The final refund will not exceed the original amount paid.

Return eligibility

Products are eligible for full return if:

The goods you received has expired, moldy, damaged, deformed, mis-handle and recalled etc., resulting in failure to use or eat.

 

Products are not eligible for full return if:

The goods return due to personal reasons refers to the goods delivery or pick up failed by customer, personal preference or individual physical reason.
